Bill provided excellent service. We had found evidence of carpenter ants in the wood trim surrounding one window. Bill did a thorough review of the entire property and sprayed for ants, wasps and spiders. Problem resolved. Bill is great to work with. As others have stated, he is a very knowledgeable entomologist and he provided us with a very detailed and clear explanation of the insect activity and life-cycle.
